CANNELL CHRISTMAS LETTER

JANUARY 2010
As we look back on 2010 it is hard to believe an entire year has passed by and our babies are growing up to be young boys. It has been a year of adventure, loss, hope, moves...too many of them, amazing relationships, and most importantly love that continues to endure and grow despite challenges in our lives. And for this we are thankful.
January was a great month of friends, playgroups, and enjoying the view from our Hilltop Mountain home.
FEBRUARY 2010
Memories: Exploring the beauty around our house, taking walks with the boys in the stroller, snowshoe race with some great friends, making Valentine's day cookies with Canyon, watching the boys play together, and taking baths with daddy! MARCH 2010 Memories: Boys playing out in the sandbox with snow around them, watching a dinosaur slowly hatch from an egg that Grandma Lori bought for us, taking baths in the kitchen sink as the snow falls just outside our big windows, hiking to Emerald Lake with the Wolf family and Katie and Terese, going to the Farm, and Hiking back to Emerald Lake with the boys. Words can not describe the beauty of Colorado and we are so thankful for the opportunities to explore it with such special people. APRIL 2010 Memories: SAWYER TURNING 1, spending the whole day with our special friend Jordyn as her parents moved into their new house, watching the boys explore our yard, and taking in every moment at our special mountain home knowing it was our last month there, and watching Canyon feed the deer Easter morning.
MAY 2010
Playing at Grandma and Grandpas house, spending time with Grandpa every Saturday morning, Canyon getting staples in his head, living in our temporary apartment, playing at the Farm with Trinity and Mick, riding bike at the mountain bike park, riding the train with Katie and Terese, spending lots of time with Terese, birthday parties galore, playing at the park everyday, taking Terese to the Denver Aquarium and having to say good bye to Grandma Judy. Today we celebrate her birthday December 24th and remember the fun times we had with her and remembering just how much she loved the boys. We miss you Judy and think of you every day.
JUNE 2010
Moving AGAIN to our house on the lake, Canyon's 3rd Birthday, exploring Rocky Mountain Park, Scattering Judy's ashes in a place she always loved to visit, bike rides to the splash park, exploring all the different parks close to our new house, playdates with friends, Grandpa meeting us at the park, and Grandma Sharon coming to visit us!
JULY 2010
Memories: Finding out that we would be moving to OR SOON, getting the boys dedicated, Greg being saved, having to say goodbye to some very special people in our lives, the big move, seeing the Spedicks on our way to OR, settling in our new house, and going to Greg's favorite places with the boys, the Hatchery and High Desert Museum.
AUGUST 2010
Getting reacquainted with some old friends, playgroups, munch and movies at the park, hiking back to Todd Lake and catching tadpoles, making special cupcakes and cards for Daddy's birthday, hiking to Sahalie and Koosah Falls with Peggy, exploring Bend, and watching the boys fish with daddy!

We had so much fun playing with grandma and taking her to Sisters for coffee.

What an amazing year is has been for us.
Greg is enjoying his job and we are so thankful for Robberson Ford. They are an amazing company and we feel blessed to be a part of it. I am even more thankful for everyday I get to be with the boys. I have to say it will be by far the most challenging job I will ever have but the most rewarding and I don't take one day for granted as I know it will soon be a memory. Canyon is such a sweet boy and is always up for an adventure. He loves to help me in the kitchen and is very independent. Sawyer is our strong willed child and has the best personality ever. He is a stinker times 100 but keeps us laughing and on our toes for sure. Halee continues to be our very sweet and pateint dog and we are glad she is still with us.
We hope your year is full of adventure and blessings!
Love, the Cannells
