3 Weeks Old

Today Sawyer had his first "real" bath and actually seemed to enjoy it. He is still sleeping most of the day away.
And getting bigger and bigger by the moment.
We love when he is awake and enjoy his many facial expressions.
Even though Sawyer is only 3 weeks old it feels like he has always been with us. As much as I want the day to go by until daddy gets home I am reminded to cherish each moment I have with both boys because they are so suddenly gone. As I get ready to begin my night of being awake with him I can only be thankful for these moments that will soon go away, where I can hold my son for as long as I want, kiss him as many times as I want and just stare at him and thank God for trusting in me to take care of these beautiful boys.

We Grow Em Big!

It's true! I am actually bigger than my brother except for my head which is significantly smaller. At my two week visit to the Dr. I am weighing in at 9 lbs 7 oz! I am in the 80th percentile for my height and weight and my head is only in the 40th...Canyons head was always in the 100th! I am having to wear 3-6 month body suits since my length is super long!
I sleep often as it is necessary to grow even bigger!
Mommy thinks I look like my daddy...especially my luscious lips!!
I also was blessed with my daddy's hair!
Daddy calls me ET...not very nice I know but could it be?
Mom thinks I look like an angel...I would have to agree.
My brother is just starting to take interest in me. I can't blame him since all I want to do is eat away his time with mommy. I am learning to share her a little more.

Baby Sawyer

He arrived this morning at 8:05. He is a clone of his daddy and looks completely different than Canyon. I was thinking when they pulled him out that he was super little and he ended up being 8lbs 6 oz. One ounce bigger.
The last belly pic:) More pics to come but for now I need to rest.

38 Weeks & Owies!

In the last 2 days I have managed to fall on my head 4 times. Today's fall was a dousy I have to say. On my right side you will see a nice little scrape healing so nicely from one spectacular fall.
And this one here is a fresh one from today. You can't see the other two that are on the side of my head from running smack right into a wall. Hopefully my feet will start to work better here soon or I may run out of room on my head.
This is moms belly at 38 weeks. Yes it's as painful as it looks:)
5 more days and counting.
