Gracie was outnumbered with boys. In this picture are my friends, Kaydyn and his brother Kai, Judah (looking down at the train), Elliot and Sawyer, and Gracie and me on the chairs. It was a fun playdate! Not in this picture is Judahs brothers Israel and baby Zion. Yes that is 8 boys and 1 girl in one house!

Fishing and Biking

Daddy took us fishing on his day off and we had a ton of fun! Sawyer was so excited to see a fish jumping out of the water on our first catch of the day!

I enjoyed the peace and quiet of fishing by myself.

With a Buzz Light Year Pole, you can pretty much catch anything you want!

Sawyer opted for the big daddy pole (kid version)

Daddy is a good teacher and lets me know right when to tug on my pole.

Sawyer decided to go for a quick swim and found out quickly he didn't like it so much!

If you look real close you can see the 1 inch fish mommy caught. Nice job mom!

After fishing, I took my mountain bike out on some serious trails. Sawyer enjoyed a snack with his friend sock monkey.

Throwing rocks in the river never gets old, especially when daddy finds the biggest ones for me.

Only try this if you are a very advanced strider rider!

When you follow daddy, there is always adventure around the corner. Thanks for such a special day daddy!

Sahalie and Koosah Falls

We went on an amazing adventure to Sahalie and Koosah falls. Our friend Peggy was able to come with and we had so much fun! Peggy always knows just what to do to make Canyon laugh and comes up with the BEST games!

After the falls we went to Clear Lake and had a little picnic and let the boys play in the water.

Surprised that Canyon could take on the cold water! It hurt my feet is was so cold!

August Fun

We could not believe Canyon wanted to go on this slide. It was HUGE and scary for us to go down but SO much fun!! Sawyer loves wearing my hats:)

Todd Lake Hike

Hiked back to Todd Lake today and had way too much fun! Daddy was very smart and put my "old" shoes on so I could run through the mud and make myself very dirty!

Canyon has such an adventurous spirit about him and enjoys the little things just as much as we do.

After finding tadpoles we knew frogs would be nearby and we were SO excited to find them.

Tadpoles everywhere. We collected 2 of them to take home with us. I think I (mom) was most excited:)

Even Sawyer tried to catch butterflies and dragonflies. They were everywhere too.

Words can't describe the feeling you get when you watch your boy in this very moment taking in his surroundings and just enjoying life.

I LOVE my boys SO much and I am so thankful for these special moments we get to share.
