Updated Pictures

Yesterday was the day that my crib suddenly changed to the lowest setting. Not ideal for mom but when she found me on all fours on my changing table, she became a little concerned about my safety. Oh and my changing table is about a foot from my crib. I can't tell mom how I did it but let's just say I am a born climber!! Before rushing into my day, I like to take a moment in the morning to just chill in my crib. It was 60 degrees yesterday and very windy, but I didn't mind the wind. I just love being outside with the dogs.
They love it when I throw rocks and they get to chase after them.
Is this a face of trouble or what?
After a long day, I resort to my man chair and hang with the dogs until bedtime comes again.

CHRISTMAS 2008

I think Christmas is pretty cool but I am not quite sure it's the presents I enjoy most. I enjoyed playing trains with my grandpa Dosmann.
Playing with the boxes and wrapping paper can be more fun than the presents themselves.
This is how big boys eat cottage cheese on Christmas day.
Giving rides can be just as fun as getting them myself.
Watching and helping daddy put my toys together was fun and he even let me help.
Grandma Cannell spent Christmas eve with us and yes...more toys.
Mom had to show me how this wrapping paper stuff works. I didn't really have the patients for all of it.
This was daddy's Christmas party for work. Mom and dad were able to get a night away without me:)

A BEAUTIFUL BLACK FOX

Yesterday we counted 21 deer in our front yard, the biggest herd we have seen yet in our neighborhood. We threw out a piece of bread to try to feed them and we never would have guessed what that would bring us the next day! A black white tailed fox! It somehow found the piece of bread and took it right before our eyes. We have seen this fox in the neighborhood but it's always so quick that you only get a glimpse of this beautiful creature. Today it hung out in our yard for about 5 minutes and we were able to just take in its amazing features and watch it try to eat the frozen piece of bread.
You can see the bread in its mouth.
Spectacular!

NAME DILEMMA

Because we didn't get to have our Journey Rose...our long picked girl name, we are considering it for a boy simply because we LOVE that name. So the big question is could Journey be a boys name? We had ruled it out until tonight when my dad called and said..."hey, you could still name your boy Journey AND a gal at Greg's work today said "I think Journey is totally a boys name." So I need your honest advise and am looking to my faithful blogging community for that honesty! Our other choices for a boys name are Sawyer, August, Utah (Greg's choice:))

MY NEW BABY BROTHER

This is my new baby brother and I can't wait to meet him! Mom and dad found out yesterday that they will get to reuse all my baby clothes! They wanted to wait until Christmas to find out but the Dr. ended up not getting the memo from the ultrasound tech that we did not want to know the sex quite yet. A little bummed but super excited at the same time. If you look close in this picture you can see my brother telling me that I am number 1. It's a little blurry but you can see the 3 little fingers with the 1 finger sticking up (top middle of the picture)
After seeing this picture (before the Dr. told us) we pretty much new it was a boy since this is an exact image of my daddy's profile. It reminded mommy of a baby picture of my daddy. This little guy is going to be a mini Greg!
