We met some friends at Elk Lake on Saturday and enjoyed the warm sun on our backs! The only thing we were missing was daddy since he works on the weekend:(
I am finding that my favorite thing in the whole world is to just sit back and watch the boys.

Sunday we decided to check out Todd Lake and were surprised to see so much snow despite the 80 degree weather.
We were in search of bugs and sand but found mostly snow!
The boys had so much fun playing in the snow and scooping it up in their pails.
We had set off to do a loop around the lake but with all the snow we decided to play by the lake and had a great time.
We also decided right away that we would have wet shoes:)
