Trip to see some very special people!

The boys and I took a little road trip to Albany to see my great friend Andrea and her family. Our first stop was to get some ice cream after a 3 hour car drive. The boys managed to sleep the entire way which was great since I brought the DVD player without movies:) It was so much fun being able to spend some time with our sweet friend Jordan. I can't even put into words how much I miss them.
So so so thankful for this opportunity to see team Geark. It's rare to find someone so special and I will continue to pray for God to bring us together again.
The boys will not forget the special juice boxes and gummy treats Jordan shared with us!!
On our way back home, I wanted to go on little adventure with the boys so we stopped at the Mackenzie River trail and did a little hike.
My favorite part is watching the boys explore.
We love finding big trees!
Brothers
Love this view.
Trying to take a picture of all of us was no easy task:)
Beauty!

July 4th Fun

We woke up to a couple of super hero's trying to save Bend from any illegal firework activity! We walked downtown to participate in the festivities Bend has to offer. We watched the pet parade and then found some fun activities to do in the park!
Two fire fighters!
Duck Race
Making a fire fighter picture frame!
Cooling off in the pool.
We had a great day especially since daddy was home with us! We also had fun with some friends at a barbecue and ended the night dreaming about the fireworks going off.

THE MONTH OF JUNE! WHERE DID IT GO??

The month of June has somehow slipped right out from underneath of us but I still managed to capture some of our adventures in the midst of a move.
Our beautiful boy turned 4 on June 28th and we were excited to share it with Grandpa and Grandma Dosmann. Canyon had a great big treasure hunt to find all of his gifts! He had so much fun and I think we had even more fun watching his excitement on his face.
It's always the dollar car that gets him most excited:)
And of course a firetruck:)
We finished his special day with a great meal and some yummy cake!
Yummy!
He has mastered the new number.
That great fire truck took hours to put together and thank goodness we had 2 patient intelligent grandparents to get it all done!
The boys had so much fun with grandpa and grandma.
Grandpa trying out moms new ride.
Showing grandpa how to swing.
Grandpa spent a lot of time playing ball with Canyon and we could not believe how good he was!
We rode our bikes to a new park and Sawyer was so excited to eat his sucker that he watched his brother explore the new pirate ship park!
Jumping into the pretend water off the plank!
Enjoying the Taste of Bend
We found some yummy Thai food to share and enjoyed the warm weather with some fresh strawberry lemonade!
Playing in our new yard!
Playing at the park after the farmers market.
Love this little guy:)
Grandpas boy!
Petting zoo at Farmers Market It was so much fun getting to share some of our favorite things with Grandpa and Grandma. Their time here went way too fast!
We had a vision of a beautiful hike we once did before the boys came along and we went there with visions of wildflowers and waterfalls and were amazed to see snow above our heads still and temps in the 40's.
It was still a fun stop and we played in the snow for a short while despite the cold. We will return in August to complete this adventure.
We decided to find another adventure closer to home and visited Dillon Falls.
Checking it out with daddy.
Finding treasures.
Taking in the beauty of the simple things.
This great treasure was too big to take with on our hike but the boys had fun trying.
Daddy is always making sure the boys are safe.
Posing for mommy.
We took some of our treasure we found on our fathers day walk and made a frame for daddy.
Enjoying a picnic lunch.
It's always fun to capture the beauty of a sleeping boy:)
When they are tired, you can find them anywhere:)
Even upright.
Peggy invited us out to play with her new chickens.
This was not planned but the boys didn't waste anytime to run through the sprinklers clothes and all.
And this sums up our month of June. We moved out of the Plaza into a cute little house in our favorite part of Bend. We have a park right across the street and our own little back yard that the boys are loving...mom too:)
