Daddy took the boys to the High Desert Museum on his first day off and were so excited about it that we had to go again the next day and show mommy all of the cool stuff they saw!

Yesterday they were able to watch a rattlesnake eat a mouse and today they were able to witness a lynx eating a quail.

Canyon was really interested in the jaws of a mountain lion.

And Sawyer the lynx.

The museum has a reptile exhibit going on right now for the next 3 months and it was amazing! This little frog was beautiful.

And this little guy...spectacular! I somehow managed to get these pictures through a glass window!

More frogs.

Carpet Python

Baby turtle

The boys were able to check out the bigger versions of the baby turtles with daddy's help!

And then they were allowed in to pet them...so fun for them!

They were beautiful as well.

The lynx is always at the museum and a first stop every time!

Afterwards we went outside to see the birds of prey and listen to a little talk on river otters.

Sawyer discovered how to jump over the little creek!

Such a fun place!

GREAT pictures! They are so clear even though there was glass between. Nicely done. My mom is taking my boys there today :) They are really excited to see the new exhibit as well.
